2019 Convention Refund Policy

Congress of Chiropractic State Associations (COCSA) has the following cancellation policy on attendee registration fees for the 2019 San Diego 50th Anniversary Convention sponsored by ChiroCongress.  

  1. There is a $50 non-refundable processing fee on all registrations paid.
  2. 50% refund for cancellations made on or prior to 30 days before the date of the actual event.
  3. No refunds for cancellations 30 days before the date of the actual event or for no-shows.  However, cancellations due to a medical reason may be considered for transfer to another ChiroCongress event within one year.  There will be a $50 non-transferable fee for less than 30 day notice.
  4. Please note, the refund policy above applies only to attendee registration fees and does not apply to event tickets, guest tickets or additional meal purchases. These are non-refundable once purchased.
