Thank you for considering membership with Congress of Chiropractic State Associations!  ChiroCongress represents over 50 state chiropractic associations. The true value of a ChiroCongress membership can best be summed up in one word—networking—networking at the annual convention and through the use of the ChiroCongress' communications systems which include email broadcasts, newsletters, our website - www.chirocongress.org, our association leadership listserv, and email communications.

While state laws, economies and regional practice styles differ, the basic challenges faced by state chiropractic associations are the same. The ChiroCongress provides a forum for state associations to learn from each other—what trends and challenges are sweeping the country, what has or has not worked in other states in dealing with these challenges and what types of projects have been successful in other states which could be duplicated in your own.

Gather the following documentation for your organization:    

  • Articles of Incorporation
  • Bylaws
  • Organization Leadership Roster with contact information (email, phone, address)
  • Membership Roster (to be used for reference only by ChiroCongress staff)  Please designate which Board members or staff you wish to have listserv or website access
  • Payment for appropriate dues amount

 

Complete the online form at http://forms.chirocongress.org/view.php?id=32670 and upload the documents above. ChiroCongress will send confirmation of receipt of your application. Or, print and complete the Chiropractic Organization Application and email to admin@chirocongress.org along with the documentation listed above or mail to ChiroCongress, 699 June Drive, Molalla, OR, 97038.   

 

Your application will be reviewed by the ChiroCongress Membership Committee with final approval given by the ChiroCongress Board of Directors.
