Nominations for Clinical Compass Representative

The term of office is two years and a maximum of three consecutive terms may be served. 

Prospective Clinical Compass Representatives must be a Doctor of Chiropractic who

1) Have an interest and commitment in development, dissemination, implementation and outcomes of practice guidelines and parameters.

2) Have a minimum of five years of relevant experience (clinical/academic/research).

and should have the following attributes:

1) Recognition in the chiropractic profession with a record of leadership in relevant activities.

2) Broad view of public health issues.

3) Demonstrated capacity to participate in a consensus process.

4) Demonstrated capacity to respond to consumer needs. 

District Directors may be elected to serve a maximum of two consecutive one year terms.

Here are the duties of a Clinical Compass District Representative:   

A. To represent the views of the ChiroCongress and the District from which the representative is elected.

B. To actively seek input from the ChiroCongress and the District represented.

C. Responsible for keeping ChiroCongress Board of Directors and members informed on Clinical Compass activities.

D. Submit written reports following each Clinical Compass Board meeting within 21 days. If unable to attend a meeting, representative will secure meeting notes from another source for written report.

You must be a member of DISTRICT ONE: Connecticut, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, Vermont or Washington DC to nominate an individual for the District 1 Clinical Compass Representative position.  Nominee must be a member in good standing with their state association.  State association must be a member in good standing with ChiroCongress.  

You must be a member of DISTRICT THREE: Alabama, Arkansas, Florida, Georgia, Kentucky, Louisiana, Mississippi, North Carolina, Puerto Rico, South Carolina, Tennessee, Virginia, US Virgin Islands or West Virginia to nominate an individual for the District 3 CCGPP Representative position.   Nominee must be a member in good standing with their state association.  State association must be a member in good standing with ChiroCongress.  

You must be a member of DISTRICT FIVE: Alaaska, Arizona, California, Hawaii, Idaho, Nevada, Oregon, Utah, or Washington to nominate an individual for the District 5 CCGPP Representative position.   Nominee must be a member in good standing with their state association.  State association must be a member in good standing with ChiroCongress.
