Every association occasionally needs a strategy boost.  Sometimes it is a full strategic planning process, and other times it is stepping back and examining what you are offering your members, and why.

This session will work with association executives and leadership to examine what they know about their organization, its demographics, how program and product decisions are made and how to align those with member needs, knowledge gaps and practice gaps.  Ultimately the association should offer a strong portfolio of products that supports its overall strategy and drives improved value to members.

This Type of Session Will Get to the Heart of Questions Like:

  • We know what we want to do, but is it what our members want?
  • Have we done enough (or any) research?
  • We have a laundry list of what needs to get done, how do we determine our top priorities?
  • How do we assure we turn a profit on education, while maintaining the highest quality for our members?
